Terms and Conditions

You may order goods from us on the internet, by e-mail, fax or post.

Payment is accepted by Master & Visa Card Credit, Visa Debit/Electron Debit, Maestro International and Domestic Solo & JCB Credit Cards or cheque.

Prices are in £ sterling and payments received in other currencies will be converted by the issuing credit/debit card company.

All prices include VAT

Deliveries will be couriered or Royal Mail post depending on size of order.

All products are offered for sale at the prevailing prices and subject to availability.

NaturaLeigh reserves the right to change, if necessary, specifications and prices without notice.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify NaturaLeigh by telephone within 24hours of ordering.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to return any goods, please notify us within a period of seven working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by e-mailing us at sales@naturaleigh.co.uk or by calling us on the following number (9am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday) +44 (0) 1884 38293 and we will process your claim.  Any notice given by you after this period shall not be effective to entitle you to return your goods or receive a refund.  Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

After the returned item have arrived at our distribution centre, they will be examined and appropriate refund or exchange will be dealt with.

You are entitled to reject the goods owing to defects in the goods or owing to incomplete or incorrect delivery and we will refund you:

* The price you paid for the goods which you have returned to us inclusive of the initial delivery charge.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, no refund will be available.  You will be responsible for arranging these goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification to you that we will not process a refund.

All refunds will be credited to credit/debit card or by cheque as applicable.

If you cancel your order but do not return cancelled items to us within 14 working days we shall be entitled to recover these items from you and to charge you for the direct costs of recovering these goods. Please note that these charges may be a larger cost than the actual refund. Until goods are restored you are obligated to store cancelled goods appropriately as stated on labels.

We will process refund and notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
